What is a gondola?

Our prefabricated model Gondola is designed to you can have a piece of Venice at your fingertips! The Gondola is a rowing boat, typical of Venice since the Middle Ages. The ship is one of the traditional symbols of the city, and it is steered by specially trained people — gondoliers. Interesting fact: in Venice, you need to have a license to work as a gondolier, and for the entire city, only 425 people are allowed to have such a license. Therefore they are often inherited from father to son, and it is not easy to become a gondolier.

What's so unique about the Gondola prefabricated model?

The WoodTrick prefabricated model of the Gondola is a boat standing on a stand. The stand has a secret: turn the key on the side of the box a few times to open a secret drawer where you can put small items or a note. The box is decorated with a picture of Venetian houses, and on one of the edges of the boat is a gondolier with an oar. The model is also decorated with decorative elements.
