Return and Exchange policy
RETURNS
Items can be returned within 30 days after the date of a purchase either for a full refund of an original purchase of an item or an exchange for a product of an equal value. Items returned after 30 days from the date of an original receipt are not eligible for a refund/ exchange. Shipping and handling costs are not included into the refund amounts.
Only unused items in the original unopened package are eligible for return.
All returns must include the original receipt or a proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
We will notify you when we receive your returned item. Please allow 2-4 business days as we inspect returned item and make a decision whether or not an item is eligible for a full refund/replacement.
Upon approval you refund will be issued and reimbursed to the original method of payment. Refunds and exchanges do not include packaging or shipping costs.
DELAYED/MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If your refund has not been issued within the indicated number of days, please check your payment account. If the refund has not been applied to your payment account contact your bank as it may take additional time for your refund to reflect on your account. There is often a processing delay before refunds are posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items are eligible for replacement/refund.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
The only items eligible for replacement/refund are the ones that were received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective/damaged item, contact us via the e-mail: info@woodtrick.com
We review your claim and notify your whether or not your item is eligible for replacement. You then should mail your item back to us along with an original receipt/proof of purchase to:

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING COSTS
Our customers are responsible for paying all shipping and packaging costs for the returned items. We will deduct shipping and handling costs from the amount or your refund. The delivery time of your return items may vary as they are shipped from different warehouses locations.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen items. For shipments values of over $50 we recommend choosing a tracking/certified shipping method or to purchase a shipping insurance.
REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE/BROKEN PART
We work to ensure that the assembly of our models brings the highest level of satisfaction and joy to our customers. If in the process of an assembly of our models a certain detail sustained unintentional damage, we’ll be glad to replace it for you.
If it was damaged during delivery/manufacturing, we will replace damaged parts for free.
If part/parts was/were broken during assembling we provide our customers with paid replacement (especially for the models with price from 39$).

The cost of 2 sheets of replacement.
To get a replacement you should contact us via email info@woodtrick.com with the following info:
order number, a photo of a broken/damaged part, your shipping address.
We gladly will send you a new part. Please allow 10-30 business days for delivery as all the spare parts for our models are shipped directly from the warehouse.
p.s. Yes, we understand that the 9.99$ for a replacement can be expensive,
but, unfortunately, we haven't another choice.
it's a price for the one replacement sheet.
To make a replacement for you we have to separate assembling kits from other models.
